Manish hails from a multi-facet business family with interests in Infrastructure, Real estate, Financial markets amongst others. His unique skills of acquisition of realty projects across all asset classes is well known for the last 2 decades.

From selecting the right project for the right brand, financial structuring getting all project-related approvals and getting it launched, he remains deeply involved in the project. He closely works with the entire gamut of policymakers at MoUD New Delhi to the state level Housing Ministry.

His vision has given many insights to the Integrated Township policy, to the joint ventured of Shivashahi Prakapl Ltd to take up distressed projects in the city of Mumbai. His in-depth understanding of policy and approvals requirements have helped developers as well as architects and planners design and deliver some of the landmark projects in Mumbai like Wellington Avenue in Santa Cruz West amongst others.

Presently as a social impact strategist, he is helping developers across India to complete the project and get them sold through various Govt initiatives like CGEWHO amongst others.
